My path into financial consulting was not a traditional one. I was born and raised in El Salvador, raised then again in Germany, and know both worlds firsthand. That experience is exactly what led me to specialize in a group that is often overlooked in the German financial system: Spanish- and English-speaking professionals living and working in Germany.
Moving to Germany from abroad means facing a system that is complex even for native speakers. Taxes, insurance, retirement planning, wealth building — everything works differently here than in most other countries. The rules are clear, but they are rarely explained in an accessible way. And almost never in Spanish or English.
That is where I come in. Since 2022, I have been advising doctors, engineers, and academics at Horbach who came to Germany and want to not only understand the financial system here, but actively use it to their advantage.
My approach is always the same: I do not sell products. I work with my clients to build an understanding that allows them to make informed decisions on their own. Whether it is about choosing the right health insurance, leveraging tax advantages, optimizing employer-sponsored pensions, or getting started with real estate investment — my goal is to create clarity where there was uncertainty before. I work closely with specialized tax advisors and other experts to offer my clients a comprehensive support structure.
Beyond my work at HORBACH, I am co-founder of Hispano Akademie, an educational and advisory platform that helps Spanish-speaking professionals in Germany build financial literacy and use the German system to their benefit.
